The following notice was put up to inform the public of when the Swan Bus would arrive at the railway station. It was quite confusing.
PUBLIC NOTICE!
On and after Wednesday, MARCH 3rd, 1847, the
OMNIBUS
Will leave the Swan Hotel, Newport Pagnell, as follows:
Half-past 7a.m., meeting the 5 min. past 8 up Train and 12 min. past 8 down Train,returning after the arrival of the 37 min. past 9 down Train.
12 o'clock, meeting the half-past 12 up and down Trains, returning after 59 min. past 12 down Train.
Half-past 3p.m., meeting the 57 min. past 3 mixed,and the 7 min. past 4 third class up Trains, returnng after the 43 min. past 4 down train.
6 o'clock, meeting the 32 min. past 6 up Train, returning after the 20min. past 8 down.

At 40 min. past 6 a.m., through Emberton, Sherington, and Newport Pagnell, meeting the 5 min. past 8 up Train at Wolverton, returning by the same route after the arrival of the 20 min past 8p.m. down Train
