PEARTREE BRIDGE

A tranquil place alongside the canal, here lives a dinosaur guarding over the birth place where much of the community art in the Woughton Parish was born, InterAction. It is also where you will find a concrete rabbit on the front lawn.

In the underpasses are four Murals each with a very different message.

Peartree Bridge was built 1974. 1987 33 houses and flats were added to the development of the marina area. Street names “Waterside” from the canal, “Chadds” and “Troutbreck” were the names of the pervious landowners.
