The view along Linford Lane

The view east along Linford Lane redway. The village church tower can just be seen in the distance, and an old oak plantation is on the left. Just before this is sheltered housing for the elderly. There are playing fields on the right. The way is well lit by street lamps.
The same view along Linford Lane in the 1960s, when it really did go to Great Linford. The road is flanked by fields of crops. There are no street lamps, and no houses.
