Mrs Anna Sims, Headteacher from 1994-99, was invited back to the school to open the new classroom that she had worked so hard to get for the school. Many parents and members of the community joined in the celebrations. Each school pupil was presented with a Millennium mug to commemorate the occasion.The PTFA worked extremely hard to provide refreshments for all the guests and pupils that attended the opening. Balloons were launched as part of the celebrations, one balloon for each year that the school had been open. |
