It was in July 1994 that the Newport Pagnell Medical Centre opened it's doors having moved from their previous site in Marsh End Road. The front of the building was also the home of Boots the Chemist, they have a counter opening into the reception area of the Medical Centre for people with prescriptions.

The Medical Centre houses seven Doctors who between them cater for over 15,000 patience in the newport and surrounding areas.

Other facilities include trained counsellors, six Practice Nurses, Health Visitors, two Physiotherapists, a team of state registered podiatrists and footcare assistants. A teenage drop in clinic for the young who wish to talk to a doctor (female) or health visitor about any problems, is also run on a Tuesday and Thursday.
