1962 saw the next development. The companies manufacturing was expanding and needed space to develop further. The combines could no longer fit in the workshop, the answer was to move all the manufacturing, except wooden products, to Great Linford and build a new combine workshop at Newport Pagnell.
This aerial shot shows the site owned by Mr Cooper in 1968. The white line was added in 1971. Brewery House was purchased from Buckinghamshire County Council in the early 1970's, for £16,000 and sold a few years later to Andrew Marchant of Anje Properties.
