Financed and administered by the Sir Malcolm Stewart Bart General Charitable Trust.
The Common Room sits at the end of a tree lined avenue, amid the Sir Malcolm Stewart Trust Homes. Visible for miles around, it provides a social centre for the residents. Within this beautiful building friends meet for coffee mornings, whist, tea parties, fish and chip nights and other social events. Within there are imposing statues of the Stewart Family and photos and an album of years gone by.
On the death of Sir Ronald Stewart the plaque displaying the Stewart coat of arms was re-sited, from his home at the Grange and placed on the front wall of the Common Room
