Mrs Wyldbore-Smith, of the White House in Husborne Crawley, held a garden party in September in aid of the Reading Room Renovation Fund. It was one of the warmest sunniest evenings there had been for several weeks and a large number of people attended. |

A Newmarket atmosphere came to Husborne Crawley when a sign appeared, on the corner of the road at the the entrance to Crawley Hall Farm, warning of 'Racehorses'. The sign was erected by Mr Francis who owns racehorses. |
