Many parties of children from Husborne Crawley and surrounding villages had the privilege of being shown round the experimental farm by Dr Mann. During these visits he would explain and show his experimental work on such subjects as clover sickness, soya bean, and maize cultivation, and irrigation. In the years up to his death he was a lecturer at the London School of Economics and other centres of learning. He was an expert in on Indian finance and economics. His funeral took place at Ridgmont Baptist church. |
