Yes. I'ved lived here for 52 years.

Yes I did.

What was school life like?

Very strict and hard.

What games did you play at school?

Hopscotch, Skipping and Kiss Chase.

What did you play after school was over?

Hide and seek in the long grass and I played on a 3 wheeler bike.

Where did you play these games?

In our gardens and in the local fields.

Yes, I started at the age of 5 in 1959 and left at the age of 11.

Who where your teachers?

Mrs Johnson, was the first teacher.

Mrs Bonard, was the second teacher.

Mrs Ingsworth was the third teacher.

Mrs Tanner was the cook.

What was school life like?

Harder in those days.

What games did you play at school?

Marbles, Fivestones, Conkers and football.

What games did you play out of school?

Cricket, snooker and cards.

Have you notice anything changed about All Saints Church?

The graveyard has got bigger, and a golf course has been built behind.
