Elementis iron oxides were essential pigments in most coatings systems, including architectural finishes, universal colorant systems, automotive finishings and coatings, furniture, toy finishes, primers, powder coatings and wood stains.

Colour spans the earth tone ranges, providing Red, Yellow, Black, and blended shades, also Green chromium oxides.
Iron oxide pigments are also used in the manufacture of crystal glass, roof tiles, cement, lipsticks, banknotes, crayons, agrivert, enamels, paints, plastics, linoleum, paper, animal feeds, bricks, roofing felt, fertilisers, inks, face-powders, leather finishes, magnetic recording tape, radio components, rubber and more.
