The Oliver Wells Carving - Oliver Wells School Netherfield January - June 1979
Made from elm, this feature was made at the request of the Headteacher and the theme was incidents in the life history of Oliver Wells - a local man who the school was named after.

Over thirty of the school children were involed of all ages and degrees of disabilties.

We completed the carving in time for the official opening of the school in July by Cleo Laine and John Dankworth.
