Newport Pagnell Carnival

The picture above is of Year 3's float that was entered into Newport Pagnell 2001 Carnival.

Miss Plant, along with a group of Year 3 parents and Mr Meehan entered the school's first float into the Newport Pagnell Carnival. The floats were based around children's films and they deceided to do Peter Pan. On the morning of the carnival it did nothing but pour down with rain, which did some damage to some of the pictures on the side of the float but their helpers managed to repair them before the Mayor of Milton Keynes came to judge the float. Cedars managed to win first prize in the Best Childrens Float which you can see a photograph of down below with Miss Plant and Mr Meehan with the trophy they received.
