Beaudesert Lower School is part of a new housing estate dating from the 1970's. Here families often live far away from their elderly relatives. Mr Holm wanted the children to be given the chance to mix with, and enjoy the company of the older generation.

The children in their last year at the school (those aged between 8 and 9 years of age) perform a play, sing , dance and serve refreshments to their elderly guests
