In the year 2000, pupils at Beaudesert School took part in a local Accident Prevention scheme, aimed at reducing the number of accidents involving the under 11's. A giant snakes and ladders game was brought to the school and the children were able to learn safety issues while playing the game. A local camera crew came to film this event, much to the delight of the children. This was shown on a local news channel the following week. | |
